MINORITY OPHTHALMOLOGY MENTORING (MOM). This program is designed to increase diversity in ophthalmology by helping underrepresented in medicine (UIM) students develop as competitive ophthalmology residency applicants with one-on-one mentorship. STEMM Equity Achievement (SEA) Change aims to advance institutional transformation in support of diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially in colleges and universities. We support and participate in the SEA CHANGE program at the University of Iowa. Read more about it here.
